Flash Flood does not give refunds or rain checks
All personal belongings are subject to search
Use of the slides are restricted to 42” or taller
Proper swimming attire required (no jean shorts, cut offs, etc.)
Water slide riders must be wearing bathing suits ONLY. Shirts, life jackets, gym shorts, etc. are not acceptable attire
Bathers who are not toilet trained must wear a water diaper
No outside food or beverage is permitted
Persons with skin diseases, infections, or open sores are prohibited from using the pool
Lockers are available for rent, $5 rental charge with a $3 refund when the key is returned
Life jackets are available for rent, $4 rental charge with a $2 refund when the jacket is returned
Double tubes are available for rent. $5 rental charge with a $2 refund when the tube is returned
You must bring your own towel or you may purchase one at the gift shop
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the park area
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
We accept cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. No checks
Weather must be 65 degrees to open the outdoor pool
