1. Can we bring in our own food and cake for our party?

At this time we do not allow outside food and drink in our facility due to health codes.

2. Are we able to purchase additional food and drinks while we are here?

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day we do have our concession stand running to meet your food needs. Additional cakes and punch can be ordered for your party for an additional fee.

3. I see that we receive "food bucks" for our outdoor party. What does this include?

Food bucks serve as gift certificates to our concession stand and carry no cash value. You may buy anything listed on our menu with your food bucks. We have a wide arrange of prices and items to meet your needs.

4. Where are we able to put our belongings and gifts while we are visiting your facility?

At the time of your arrival, the birthday hostess will take your gifts and place them in a secure location until the birthday child is ready to open presents. For our outdoor birthday parties, we have lockers available for rent, or you are able to bring your own lock and store your belongings in our locker rooms.

5. What is your chaperone policy?

For our indoor parties, the chaperones are included in your count, if they are consuming cake and ice cream. For our outdoor parties, one chaperone is completely free of charge. You may add an additional 4 chaperones to your guest list for a discounted water park rate. Anything above the 4 will have to pay normal rates. In order to receive the discounted chaperone rate, you must pay for them at the same time you pay for your party, 7 days in advance.

6. We think that our birthday hostess did a great job. Can we give them a tip?

Tips for your birthday hostess are completely voluntary and is left at the discretion of the adult in charge of your party.

7. I booked my outdoor party for the 12 guest minimum. What happens if we have more or less?

If you have more guests, then payment for those guests will still be $17 and payment is expected at the time of the party. If you have less than 12 guests, you will still need to pay for all 12, as this is our minimum.

8. What payment is accepted for our party fees?

We accept payment in the form of cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and check made out to the City of Battle Creek.

9. How does our table time and reserved court time work?

For our indoor birthday parties, we reserve forty-five minutes for free time, thirty minutes for opening presents and cake, and forty-five minutes for structured themed activities. It is a must that we reserve this time for you, so that if there are other parties in the facility at the same time, we are able to serve everyone's parties equally.

10. Can we bring in our own decorations?

You most certainly can. The only thing we ask is that no tape be used on our painted walls, and that you not use balloons outdoors. Other than that, be creative, and have fun!

11. If we have our own ideas for our themed party, can we include them?

It never hurts to ask. Our birthday hostesses have very detailed schedules that they follow in order to make sure that our party is a success. If we are able to work it in, and it follows our guidelines, it's a great possibility.
