BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The city will close Fell Park’s playground daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., starting Monday, Sept. 23, through Wednesday, Sept. 25.
City crews will be removing tree limbs above the playground and performing general maintenance during this time.
