Troy has been with Battle Creek in varying capacities since May of 2000. Currently he is employed with Battle Creek Sports Promotion, and is in charge of running various youth and adult athletic leagues. He also is an assistant manager of Bailey Park, and works with Sports promotion in planning and implementing numerous sport tournaments, including the Mayor's Tournament and several AABC Tournaments and World Series. Troy is a 2001 Grate of Central Michigan University, where he obtained a Bachelors in Applied Arts, while majoring in both Community and Commercial Recreation.
