Jeff has been with the city of Battle Creek since 1991 as Parks and Recreation Director. Jeff provides the leadership for overall department administration, Jeff handles strategic planning, visioning, staff development and public relations. He is responsible for the establishment of goals and objectives and measuring outcomes. "P&R is a collection of many businesses," Jeff observes, "which provides me with the opportunity to experience a lot of variety and interact with many great people."
